soooo....the drift kouki runs!!! started on the first try! After a quick spin around the block, i found a small oil leak coming from the VC, and a coolant leak coming from what would be the heater core lines if i had a heater core. Im about to head over to the garage now and cinch everything up!!

388 isn't bad. I would have expected at least a $100 per wheel but then again IDK what stuff like that goes for

 

That's more than I expected. $100/wheel is a LOT imo based on what I've paid for powdercoating in the past. IIRC, that place in Vinton did four wheels for like $180 a few years back. There's not that much surface and material involved, and it's not that time/labor consuming.

There's a guy in SE Roanoke that did some powdercoating for my bike for me out of his basement. That was a nice resource, but I don't know what happened to that guy.

 

Friend had some Evo9 wheels done for 40 a piece at the same place. Interesting price swing. Regardless, looks good!
