Southwade can hit the temp bulb all day long, and so can I.
He has a CDI (lifts the rev limiter), exhaust, KN variator (5.6gram weights), intake
I have NO CDI (stock limiter), exhaust, NINJASCOOT variator (6.5 gram wieghts), intake, 1500 launch spring.
I'm sure I'm quicker off the line, but he will more than likely reach his top speed first. It's all in your budget, and what you want to do.

Well TECHNICALLY, there isn't just a restriction to "take off". You can go CDI to remove the rev limiter, but more than likely will never hit it with the stock weights/variator. Here's an example-
