first off is your truck an auto or 5spd? If it's an auto you probly have a 4r70w tranny which will def need to be built in order to handle the torque of a blown 5.4. Also I'm guessing you have an 8.8 rearend that will also have to be beefed up. As far as the engine goes there are so many different routes that you can take so you'll have to research/decide that yourself.(whatever you do make sure you go with a 5.4)
