we sold out house, (in dec) for 180k 4bed, garage, nice neighborhood.

I bought a fixxer upper for $110,000 3 BR 2 Full bath and a detached 2 car garage in wythe. I'll spend approxamitly $30,000 to get it to my wifes liking. Including remodeling the master bath and kitchen.
