Yes, it was a Mazda Protege with "Escourt" badges. The entire rest of your post about your "Tarus" is bullshit, and I don't believe a word of it.

Please don't get a diesel VW. It'll fall apart at 150k miles since you just drive the shit til it falls apart, then you'll get a Honda 'cause VW's will then be pieces of shit.

Your more retarded then i had imagined..

Maintenace is a bit hefty.. but the overall expense on the car is fairly inexpensive for the potential mileage that is able to be had.

Do i need to take a picture of my vehicle for you......Do i need to post copies of my service tickets from todays front end alignment and tire rotation ?

And on a good note...they found out the "wobble" when i skided into the curb when we had that nice snow i apprently sent my car out of aligment....thus needing a tie rod adjustment.......now shes all fixed

Still want a diesel jetta though....

I've got a 2003 TDI jetta and I get 44-56 mpg depending on wheels, injectors, and driving habits. currently it has 92K miles with no problems. I get 700 miles easily on a tank fuel and have done 800 with room to spare for another 100 miles.

The stock motor can be chipped and yield an extra 20 whp and 50 wtq while not hurting the fuel economy. From there you can put injectors in and pick up more tq and whp (I don't have a dyno of my own to talk about specific numbers).

yeah check out Scott's sleath tdi website that Eurosport posted the link to. Scott is a hardcore tdi person and Sonny Lowe at www.sloweracing.com can help you out with a chip. www.TDICLUB.com is also a great place to gain knowledge at too but they often over analize stuff too much and can make a simple question like when should I can my oil into a 10 page thread.

I think the TDI is such a great daily driver engine with resonable power that I'm swapping one into a Corrado.
