Who said they are sluggish? In comparison to other cars in their price range, maybe, however, they still have the ability to turn mid 13s with VERY little modification at all.

Not this again.

I used to own one. Very fun car to drive. 13.6 @ 102 with a chip/intake. I'd say they are fairly quick.

R32's are good in the mud too:

I think people just notice them. There are only 5000 in the US. They're not ultra rare, but they're not common. If you drive in nice areas, you're bound to see a few. I used to see one daily.

I really like R32's. Before I drove one I always talked shit about them:
"blahblahblah...overweight...slow...expensive etc."

The truth is that they're really fun cars to drive. They have a very different feel from an STi/EVO. I honestly don't know which one I would pick, but you people who badmouth them without having driven one have no idea what you're talking about.
