Get a DA gsr....it'll be paid for and have enough ass to get out its own way stock.

no but seriously, you want to save money for getting married and buying a house....getting a 10k car isnt the right idea.

Get something thats cheap and paid for. You can purchase a nice car for 5k, thats mildly quick.

i dont mean to flame your thread joe,but that turbo integra you raced, didnt have an SC61..he had a very small trim T3 turbo, that had quick spool up,giving him a slight edge on Highway runs, and stoplight to stoplight races..so your T/A was more than enough to keep up/beat that car...not saying it was slow..but a T3 tends to run out of steam up top in the Powerband.

do you want a little power, and more sport? do you want a little sport with more power? you want old or new? FI or N/A? RWD or FWD? you have to decide those categories first before you throw car ideas out there..its all in what you would rather prefer.

Joe, Well being that you want to keep it around 10K that is going to limit you to a lot of nice cars as you know. From what I've seen you have very good taste with cars and I know you arent going to buy something stupid... like a volvo. But here are a few car that came to mind with me being around 10K

MR2 - maybe not enough room

DSM - Well, we all know how reliable they can be

SC300- Nice car, as we all know the potential of them styling and power wise

GMC Cyclone/Typhoon - Then we rejoin the issue with reliability

Audi S4/A4 - I like the styling of them, not sure on their gas mileage.

Subaru Impreza - Older body style, not turbo AWD. Turbo98 used to havea red one that from the pictures I have seen were very nice. Also back in the day the guy who used to have the silver one with NOTAWRX on his plates.

Hondas - I dont know how much of a fan you are of Hondas, but you just sold the hatch, do you really want to jump into another honda? If so, there is a white type R for sale on RT.17

SRT4 Neon - I dont know why im mentioning this... I have a feeling you wouldnt want the whole... "you drive a neon" talk going on.

Ahh I dunno where I got SC61 from. He would've pooped on my stockness with that.

Thanks again guys for the input. And I have been thinking about a 99ish Impreza...always loved those.
