Terry I actually really like both of those early Skylines, there is a difference. The Skyline has the appropriate body lines to pull it off a Miata IMO doesnt, it just looks out of place. But it's your car obviously and I support whatever you do buddy

He'd need one hell of a spacer to flush those specs, with what, a 50mm fender flare? I think our definition of flush is completely different.
the wheels he ordered in 8J +0 have been made to work on stock fenders with out too many issues on several miata's that i've seen. I'm pretty confident he won't need flares to actually fit those wheels.
On the other hand, if he decides he prefers the flared look after it's done, then that's up to him, but he would definatly need to run some more ballsy wheels (than the ones he ordered) to make it look right.
