Recommend any Great Restaurants?
The problem is, there are no good/great restaurants in Va Beach/Norfolk, just a bunch of decent one. There are a few treasures around here, but you're going to have to drive. I like Aldo's, but Il Giardino is better. Melting Pot is a load of shit and a waste of money. Ruth Chris is extrememly overpriced. Va beach has no good seafood restaurants which for beach town, is a joke.
Depending on the chef you get, Trellis in Williamsburg is good. Brutti's in P-town is a good place as well. There's a new place, open less than a month, that has the best ambiance of any place in this area. Its called Village Tavern in Carrollton and you will not be disappointed by this place. For seafood, I'll only go or take someone to Bennett's Creek Marina.
For overall experience and the best food around, the Smithfield Inn has every place beat. If you want a good meal, best drinks, and do not want to be disappointed go here.

BC Marina has the best seafood I've ever had, but unfortunatly it's about a 25min.+ drive, depending on the time of day, from my place.
It seems like everything around that area is great becuase honestly the lunches at bc market can not be beat.
I personally like Black Angus Steakhouse at the ocean front.. It's good food, nice, romantic atmosphere for a date as well. Best to make reservations.
