I've never BBQ'd them really. If I sautee them, usually just some olive oil, garlic, onion, sherry, and butter w/some pasta. I prefer them pan fried. This works well with fish too. Take a bag and put in a little flour, cornmeal, Bisquick, Old Bay, and pepper. Throw them in the bag and shake around for a good coating, fry until golden brown, and enjoy. Served best with some corn on the cob, hushpuppies, a few crayfish caught from the pond as well, steamed in beer. Now that's a good dinner.

We'll do our best to get a picture taken for someone to PS. It'll be pitch black out so I don't know how well it would turn out.

I had never heard of this...I've gone snake hunting w/ my freinds. But we don't kill them we catch them and either keep them or let them go - usually the latter. I've only gone a handfull of times but have 3 carolina pygmy rattle snakes, a box turtle, eastern king snake, and a eastern hognose under my belt. I think I've gone all of 4 or 5 times, it is fun, just tiring because of what you have to walk through.
