dan (98formulals1) doesnt exactly have the best biking stamina either...always making me take unecesessary breaks

 

Mountain biking is like one of the quickest things you can "lose". 2 years ago, I could do two laps around Freedom Park without a break. When I went there like 2 months ago, I was taking breaks every mile or so.

Now my stupid bike is falling apart, I have a whole new drive train on order, new Freehub, new cassette, new chain. Its got about 2500 miles on those parts, and they are slipping like crazy when I put any pressure on them climbing a hill. Yesterdays ride sucked for me, I had to walk pretty much every hill, because the wheel just slipped instead of turning. When I came out of the trail I was barely tired.

give me a break dude, i didnt bike for an entire month or so. jerk!

give u a break? im not pressuring you into riding beyond what u are capable of....im just talking about you to others

nah not tonight, i couldnt sleep last night and left my house for a 14 mile road bike at 3am...i averaged exactly 19 mph!

hurry up and get your road bike

 

oh and i wont be able to do night riding for a while, my friend who is a little whiny girly man is bitchin about me joking around with him, telling him his light broke, and now he wont let me use it ever again

the bimmer is more important than night riding, which will be done in the day, so it will be a while till the i get a light.....unless u find some used ones for me on some mtb forum...i dont care enough to look.....thanks dan!

 

I found out a day too late, but my friend that I used to ride with back in the day told me he threw out 2 frames (1 haro), Triple Wall wheel set, Profile 3pc crank, BRAND NEW Profile Meat Tenderizer pedals (Originals), Fit bars, S&M Pitchfork, Profile Aces chainring, KMC Big chain, and a few misc parts.

Talk about a fucking waste.
