You really don't want a turbo, a supercharger would be the way to go IMO, especially since you car is a daily driver.

So when is your GC stuff going to be in and who did you get it from?

I run 450f/550r. I think Jerry runs 450/525. Since you said track kit, I am assuming you are also getting the GC camber/caster plates right?

Hey thanks for the replies. So anyways, today I drove down to Pungo to try and find the airfield according to the map on the odr-scca page. No success, can somebody give me good directions to get there from 264, or 64? I'll be coming from Norfolk, or if somebody from this area wants to meet with me and I will follow since I am so bad with directions.
Also I had some other questions regarding my car, I was wondering what I am allowed to do and what Im not allowed to do. I'll tell you what I got and let me know if Im allowed to race.
I have a 92 civic hatch, with a japanese integra gsr motor, canadian gsr tranny (dont ask) with lsd, CAI, hi flo cat, catback exh. and neuspeed springs. Also the other day I completely stripped the rear half of my car (I dont know if thats legal). So let me know.
And since I am a complete newbie here and at auto-x when you see my little red civic, with a terribly bad grey paint job on the hood and dark rims, please come by and say hi. My name is Leo.

For directions, go to a website like Mapquest or Yahoo and punch in the address for Pungo Pizza and Ice cream (1824 Princess Anne Rd I think, but it is on the website). Depending on which direction you are comming from on Preincess Ann, there is a wide chain link fence gate about 75ft or so from the pizza place on the same side of the road. It looks like it goes to some back woods, but that is it.

As far as your class, I would not worry too much about it since you are new, but based on what you have done to your car you would either be in Street Mod (SM) or D Prepared (DP). I mention those 2 classes since I am not sure about the engine swap. You can check out the rules on my website though.

i would think he's in Street Mod as well. but i don't know if the fact that he has a non-US motor moves him to something else.

 

Wassup?? I convinced two more friends to come with me. One has a second gen. rx-7 almost stock, and the other has a supped up saturn... whatever that means... is there a limit to how many people race?
the moment of truth is getting closer and closer...

It is too late for on-line registration now show just show up early with your friends to get a spot. The last time I checked entrant list there were still quite a few spots left in the later heats.
