and the cool thing about cox internet is, if u r running slow than what we advertise we will bump up your speed to a little above what you are supposed to get

 

Who do you think the vast majority of our over 1 million new customers this year came from? No matter what service you provide, you are gonna have people that are unhappy with it. VZ's business office is the biggest downfall of the company, and the reason for 95% of unsatisfied customers, not the product.

It's a new technology, of course there are going to be growing pains. If Cox wasn't worried about Fios, they wouldn't be running their misleading commercials bashing Fios all the time.

 

The cool thing about Fios is, you get exactly what you pay for, your not rolling the dice on how good or busy the copper facility is in your neighborhood. If you pay for 25 mb, you get 25 mb.

and my internet is so fucking gay. It randomly stops for anywhere from one minute to like five hours.

i have had comcast people at my house like once a week for about two months now.

they are obviously stupid.

 

Do you seriously think it's not capable? All you have to do is pay for whatever speed you want. Do you honestly have a clue about the outside plant?

 

highest ive seen on fios is 30 meg.

 

That is the biggest package they are offering right now, but it is capable of much more. Besides, upload speeds are kind of important too, 15 meg up, along with 30 meg down is bad ass for 99.9% of anything you can do on the internet as a residentiall customer.
