Nope.. Either way the cop can get you for driving under the influence.. It fucking sucks.. over 21 too

 

This argument is bullshit...In my younger days there were plenty of times I smoked myself to where I couldn't stand up, walk, or even begin to think about driving straight. If you smoke some good shit and smoke enough of it you will still drive like shit, you just don't feel like it as much as when you are drunk.

Alchohol fucks up your motoring skills and weed fucks up your motoring skills. You can get arrested for driving under the influence of both. Period.

the only scientific thing they could do is take 20 people and have them do a road course a few times to get familiar, take their best time and save it. then get them stoned and take a few runs and save the best. then the next day, get them drunk and repeat the previous days activities. i am willing to say that the best time will be sober, second best stoned, worst drunk. for many people weed hightens the senses, thus the term "getting high". this is not everybody. weed also makes people over-react which can also cause an accident. get drunk and high and play GTA or need for speed or something, but please god stay at home.


any other lawyer reccomendations?

 

all these guys say that its gonna be a longshot and will cost 1000-1500 to even give it a try. At least they were honest with me. The problem with my case is that all facts can be proven and verified so the lawyer can't argue against fact. For reckless or DUI or criminal charges, the elements of the case are more subjective and can more easily be contested.
this sucks. Oh well, all I can do is drive slow for another 2 years.
