im not paying 10k. trade for an em1. but im not going through with it. its been i havent found a real type r under 13k. people jack the prices up because its an r. its not worth it. nada and edmunds say a 98 should be between 7-8k. people sell them 14k easy talk about price gouging.
i would buy one if i could find one at a decent MARKET price. i understand they are limited, but come on thats no reason to DOUBLE prices.

sell me yours

You must not be familiar with market price.

They sell for that much so why would anyone ask less? NADA and Edmunds are virtually worthless for a car like an ITR.

Well, if you're patient enough to wait for someone that HAS to sell one quick then you could easily pick one up for that much.

You can.

You don't have to wait for that. If you're looking on here or on Autotrader for an ITR you won't find shit at a decent price. You look on ITRCA or H-T in the ITR forum and you will. It may not show up this month, but if you're patient and willing to travel, you will.

About 6 months ago there was an 00 PY ITR, original owner, bone stock with 137k on it for 9k.

I wasn't saying that's the only way to get one for a lower price, but you do have to be patient to find one.

Yeah. Mine fell into my lap as it was through a friend. I will have put about 6k into my car since buying it as of the end of this month, but it'll be minty fresh and just how I want it when all said and done.
