you dont need to be low compression for boost, people say that because with higher compression there is just less of a leeway for the tuner, but the gains are better with higher compression.

to the OP integras are def sweet, i means that why i have one team-integra.net has a ton of info if you wanna learn about the car and its capabilities. both the gsr and ls are good platforms for boosting if thats what you wanna do, and there are plenty of reliable 250-300 whp builds on there with stock internals in the motor, so you can get decent power out of them while keeping the motor stock. GSR's are pretty hard to come buy, and normally if you do find one you will pay out the ass for it..... i did lol. if you have any questions i can answer them to the best of my knowledge
