I think im leaning towards a evo. It's decently fast out the box has good room in it lots of support and parts. Not alot to maintain awd good on gas

Audi S4s are really nice. It's a pretty exclusive car that you just don't see every day.
But to reiterate what everyone already said, they are really expensive to maintain. I just put $3000 into mine on pure maintance stuff.(control arms, timing belt, shocks, brakes and CV joints)
As far as modding, engine manangment is still pretty barbaric. Most ppl with turbo upgrades are running off the shelf maps. I think that is really gay. Also, to work on the turbos, the engine is coming out of the car. period. there is no getting around that.
oh, and did I mention that as soon as you put 4 rings on a part, the price doubles?
