if this car is not stolen and it had no liens and the other guy was the owner he would/could have giving you the title..what good wold him keeping the title do for him???sentimental fucking value????.you would not have to pay insurance on it unless you registered it...which you would not need to do for a race car...so your whole story is full of shit....man up and tell the real story on the damn car and maybe somebody will buy it....also if it wasnt stolen then you would not be suggesting swapping vin numbers...yo do that to hide a stolen car...i bet you money it has a lien on it...either from a bank or loan title place...

 

Wow, I'm def in for this mystery that I'm sure one of our fellow brothers will solve. It may not be stolen nor have a lien, but there HAS to be a good reason why the title isn't around. This isn't a normal FS ad, so expect a lot of questioning.
