well before i had put any thought into it, i thought it would be cool to have car look good. then when i actually started looking stuff up about it, i found out that looks is not what i want to do with my car. yea some body kits look nice, but its like over 2 grand spent for the kit/paint. that's a lot of money that could go towards parts that help. but if thats what you want, then go for it
All i want in my car is speed/handling/good stereo. i'm satisfied with the little system i have now, so i'm about to finish up my suspension within 3 months i hope, and then its time to start saving for a new engine.

sorry if i'm jumping to conclusions, but to me it sounds like you've been bashed for saying things about fixing the exterior of your car so you decided "oh this must not be cool" and jump on the bandwagon of saying ALL GO NO SHOW.
if u want some show with your car, i think you gotta have some go with it also. all go no show is just alot easier than saying "mostly go and a little bit of show"

edit: i dont think i'm making sence here

If you have been in the game for a while in this area, you should know of the two guys. The shop recently open and is still in the begining phase. You should stop by and talk to them, then judge ...... I will vouch for guys at Tuner's Edge.

I have been into the scene for a long time, but since I am a mechanic, I do everything myself. DO they have a storefront/sell parts, or are they mainly just labor?

they have a store front that sells parts and if needed experienced techs, that can assist anyone.
