you got fuel pressure? and these people are steering you in the right direction with the main relay its under the dash on the drivers side under the steering wheel to the left of the interior fuse panel . alot of people have this problem and lose alot of money by throwing parts at it . go threw and eliminate what its not . you need air fuel spark and timing . if you have no fuel presure you pump isnt coming on . check for power goin to the fuel pump you can easily do that with a test light .
Noone has mentioned it yet that i saw but did it get any water from the flood? It could have fouled out anything from spark plugs to any one of the relays if they were old and not sealed to well. A little water will cause enough corrosion that it can keep a relay from sending the signal. Then it overheats the relay and sends a signal to shut down the car.
