okay he was resisting arrest and need to be put under control, but their is a fine line between submissive and violent beating. Did you see the cops switch up from a overhead swing to stabbing this guy in the stomach and face. To make things worst out of all the cops that arrived none of them tried to cuff him when they got to the scene. They just hopped out and beat him down. The lesson to learn today is cops and drugs do not mix ummm kay.

 

It is futile trying to make that point here. These guys probably also got a kick out of the unarmed man who was shot 18 times by VA Beach police a few years ago after the high-speed chase ended. Guess it took that many bullets to arrest a guy sitting in a car.

 

I'm sheltered because I didn't grow up acting like a shithead all my life and getting into trouble with police? It works, but then, maybe if you're a hooligan or too stupid to realize it's not smart to date a drug dealer, it might be a little more difficult. Or am I dense because I believe in our legal system? It may not be perfect, but if you raise enough red flags, people will notice. It does work. But then again, I suppose you were too busy swearing at cops and claiming they were harrassing you to try to be rational about the situation. Maybe you should have called Farrakhan, maybe he could have had a Million Dipshit March for you to bring focus to the police's abuse of idiots.

Granted, I used to live a fucked up lifestyle, but I've changed that dramatically over the last 5 years. Fortunately, I saw alot of the world then that I would have never seen otherwise. I support law enforcement and I know that many cops are good. But there are also many that are just as grimey as any lowlife drug addict, rapist, or murderer. That's all I was trying to say.

 

you know what? man! Yeah, he shouldn't have run from the cops. But there was no need to kill him, much less shoot him 18 fucking times. I had a friend who ran from the cops, and they beat him so bad he suffered some brain damage and is now schizo. To me, the act of violence commited by those cops is worse than running away from a guy with a badge. If we can't agree on that, then this conversation is pointless.

 

I'm not saying there aren't, but there are channels that are provided to handle those low life cops. Pretty much every law enforcement department has an internal affairs division. If they don't, a call to the state attorney general will yield the same results. Call a television station, newspaper, or something.

 

You are right, but in reality it is their word against the cop. WTF do you think will happen if you don't have video taped evidence? Back in the day, I was illegally searched more than 100 times and couldn't do shit about it. The one time I tried to bring up dirty shit in court, the judge wouldn't hear of it and guess what happened? The harassment increased ten fold. The police is the biggest gang in the U.S. Unless you are one of them, you can't fuck with them.

 

We will have to disagree, then, because I personally feel that it's a pretty good dereterrent. If you resist arrest, you should get beaten. If I was a cop, and you were resisting arrest, I'd probably whack you once or twice, too. I've known people to get hurt running from the cops. Tough shit. If they didn't run, chances are they wouldn't have been hurt. If your friend hadn't run, he'd probably be a-ok. I don't have a lot of sympathy for people who screw themselves.
