But it is so obvious that it is the same scene from before. funny.

thats actually untrue, the m3 outran the cop..... and got away (other than them having the tag#). They just changed the story and made it seem like they caught him.

whats even worse ,was I was told by the tow truck driver the guys wife was behind him,when the crash occured,not sure why,maybe dropping a car off or something.Understandably she was so upset her car had to be towed also.
I almost feel bad asking,but how do you find out what insurance comp he might of had,doesnt dmv have a record of this? It wouldnt be right to try and get that info from the family now,they have more important issues. I was told sometimes when the driver of the car dies,that their policy ends right there.That cant be right though.

Shit... any details on how he lost control? What was he doing driving the car if he was supposed to be doing body work? Delivering it or dogging it?
I work for GEICO. If it's consentual use of the car I'm pretty sure the owner's insurance still applies. Meaning if I let you borrow my car and you total it it goes on my insurance. Now if it's un-authorized use then I dunno. I can't help you much b/c I do the estimates and such and am not fully familiar w/ the laws. I'm sure you could call your insurance Co. and talk to a rep about it to get the right answers. I guess you'll have to talk to the driver's family to get his insurance info.
