Want a skyline for under 15,000$

My car has some high ass amount like 15 places where it's stamped. I'm not saying you will get caught... but it's nearly impossible to rid a newer car of all it's VIN markings.

Tampering with the VIN with fradulent intent is a very major crime. It is a felony, (one of those in the 3 strikes and you get life in prison, even if all 3 are minor). So I would think real hard before I did anything involving switching VIN's.

The answer is yes.
You can buy a cheap r32 and spend the loot to have it sent over (which in itself will cost a fair amount), but to have it legalized for street usage, you still have to spend money for a certified company to make all the retrofits for it to be legal.
And since there's only one company that can legally make your skyline legal (that company being MotorEx), you'd be spending an additional 16,000 for an r32.

Swapping VIN's is still illegal.
So basically the car would still be illegal. You'd just be lying about it's legality.

Show me another company that can legally import a Nissan Skyline and have it be legal to drive on public American roads of all 50 states without any restrictions.

Guess where they get their skylines from? That's right, Motorex.
In the end, as of now, Motorex is the only place that you can get a street legal skyline from. There are plenty of places that can legalize a car, they just don't know how to do a skyline and you'd have to pay for it all yourself basically.
Places that can legally import a skyline = a ton
Places that can make a skyline street legal (at a semi-resonably price) = one
