I believe I saw a 3SGTE swap into a newer celica once. However, massive amounts of fabrication was required. And I'm not even sure it was AWD. However, I read about it a long time ago, so don't chew me out if I'm wrong :P
From what I understand, it is only practical to swap 3SGTEs into the previous generation celica. And even then, you can't use the motor/trans. from an MR2.

A Miata is for someone looking for a fun to drive weekend car. Saying a car is "made" for a certain race, age, or gender is ignorant and stupid.

The Rod Millen one sounds badass...but most likely cost a fortune. A lot of custom driveline pieces I'm sure, not to mention all the issues that needed to be addressed for swapping the 3sgte.

hey i see you have Flyin' Miata exhaust system, the shop i belong to turboed a 2000 miata using all Flyin miata parts, including the turbo kit. i had the chance to drive it, (with the top down may i add
) the car felt really nice. everything on the car was upgraded, from the brakes and rims/tires to the internals of the motor and drive-train.
