Well my neighboor to the right (when looking at the house) seems cool. Her name's Anette and her husband is a fighter pilot on deployment. Haven't really met the ones on the left. As for when I have a party... I plan on talking w/ the neighboors, letting them know, and asking them to call me if they have any complaints before they call the cops. As long as people aren't overly loud outisde and don't thow beer cans all over other peoples property we'll be fine, much like partying at J's.
