The pink sticker in the back window is the California DMV paper.....not sure how much smog legal affected the engine output. Donna wanted one as close to stock as possible. This one is very well maintained.

 

Isn't a stock Skyline a mid 14 second car.....?

I know there is plenty of potential in these cars however, but thats the case with tons of cars.

but seriously though, what makes these car SO DAMN COOL? When ever someone posts a pic of a Skyline its like some kind of God/Goddess.
Is it their looks? Is it their performance? Is it their rarity in the U.S.? I am seriously perplexed at the interest in these cars. I mean, yes their nice, but not as damn nice as 95% of people make them out to be. I can name dozens of cars from all different areas of origin across the globe that look better and perform better, yet get half the recognition. I just don't understand.

 

I'd have to say because they are a highly respected car in Japan and very rare here. Well atleast in VA, I can't say how rare they are anywhere else.

 

show me mustangs that run on the street that hold 1000hp

there are skylines, skyline gts, skyline gtr......

they are rare here, theyre fucking sexy, and can hold more power than youll ever make. and theyre awd. you dont have to spend 20k on a turbo kit like a porsche. they arent cheap but their not you have to be stupid to spend that kinda money expensive

 

03 Cobras have been proven to have 1000rwhp on the stock block.

 

basicly its because they are rare. the only ones worth it are the awd models. some skylines are rear wheel drive but you might as well get a mustang if its rear wheel drive.
