If you're going to take your wrx to an awd dyno just take it to turboxs and have them tune it. I'm not doubting Greaser's ability at all, but it's their system and the prices are reasonable. But if you don't want them to do it, both me and Rob run the UTEC right now... he can look at it whenever he wants. There's no "software" for it... it's loaded into firmware on the computer and just uses a windows terminal program to communicate. There's a user's manual on turboxs's website too.
