And i have time slips of type R's doing 14.1's stock. We cant really compare two videos with four different types of cars and come up with any conclusions. There are too many variables. And i wouldnt say a .4 second victory using two videos as satisfactory information for sayin a Spec R would "trounce" an ITR. And yes, the WRX is a beast of a car, and the USDM STi is just a monster out of all of these cars leagues.

 

Didnt u say yourself that the Those people in those videos are awsome drivers? yet...u have a timeslip of a stock Itr(usdm probably which is heavier and has 5 less hp) that betters his time by a whopping 0.6 secs? the reason why i posted this video as a comparison is because it is the same drivers and track. probably the same conditions.

this video is about the Closest i can get to coming to a conclusion besides going out for ourselves and percipitating this experiment with the two cars. how bout this?

who has the turbo type r in 757 or richmond with his wastgate signal coming from his throttle body coolant line? is it one of you type r guys? i think it was yellow. by far the smartest type r owner i have seen!
On a serious note, type r's are cool cars. but they are overpriced. and they are fwd. not everyones cup of tea.
