Piggybacks (like SAFC, AFR, etc.) will only allow you to make air/fuel adjustments, and only in small/limited increments. Stand alone gives you full control/reprogramming of air, fuel, timing, etc. It takes alot of work to design a car to make it work properly. If it were so easy to just slap two turbos on any car and hit a few buttons on an Apexi AFC and have everything work fine, I'm sure the cost of cars would decrease dramatically. The point I am trying to make is that you should consult some experts and make sure you know what changes need to be made before you start putting things together. The modifications you are planning are pretty radical. I just have a feeling that it's going to require more effort than your average kid installing a DRAG kit on their Honda Civic.

Make sure you tell them EVERYTHING. Are you using custom camshafts too? Make sure you know what kind of ignition you'll need. That's another complication I forsee. Just as you'd need a certain amount of fuel at certain RPM's, you will also need the correct spark at each setting. That's why I think this is going to require much more effort than you anticipated. YOU will have to do all of the research, unlike cars w/ turbo kits readily available (where the hard work has already been done). I wish I could help more with this, but I really have NO knowledge of anything this involved. I think you're going to end up needing the help of a shop that's used to full engine reprogramming and dyno tuning.
