Hey, if you're buyin st2 nofriends, buy a map clamp with it. You'll actually see your hp #'s drop on the dyno w/ st2(pcm hates dyno's), throw on a map clamp though and like 3 runs on a dyno to tune it. Might need an exhaust too. St2 is incredibly nitpicky. Until ya have a dp/catback and a map clamp(or s-afc/emanage), St2 will never run right(as in not nearly as fast as it can be with very lil investment...clamps are 30bucks). Btw, dyno'd +21fwhp/33fwtq by getting my st2 leaned out to a usable level.

that is what everyone has told me. i will prolly get a map clamp and i will definetly get exhaust. i am thinking maaxfab side exit. no cat or resonator.
just 3 inch pipe.

Yepo, st2 with a tbe and mapclamp is good for 270hp/310tq, very nice powerband too, gotta say even though I didn't have the best peak on the stock turbo at the dyno(was 3rd in hp on the stocker btw, the 2 that beat me out, 1 was running 14:1 a/f, and the other beat me by 2 hp 1 run, lost by a few another), I had by far the best curve besides James(st3).

In my experiance running SRT-4's.. it's hard to find a St2 that is tuned and running good. The fastest ones I have ran have been stage 0's. The fastest I have ever ran was Eesrt4 (I think his name is Eric). Then again, my car was slower at the time as well. I wish I had you guys torque

It's cool, I know it will be a much better race one you get the St2 on and tuned. One of my friends with a St2 and some other misc. mods is gana run me again soon. maybe we can get a 3 way run so you can see where you stand. Hopefully I won't loose

hahaha.. you seen first hand how torque can play a big role in a race. I've learned to run only on level ground

I see that your car is an 05; that means u have factory LSD. I think that explains how you can get some traction off the line.
