where can i buy parts locally for the ruckus? I'm very new to the 2 wheeled world and bought a ruckus that doesn't run. Im in the virginia beach area.

What do you need? If anything the dealership in Norfolk is the place to go.

Where at in Virginia Beach are you? I could lend a hand it getting the ruckus running.
