Yeah, here's where the phenomena sort of fails to translate.
No one in Japan would *ever* sabotage a REAL boso car because the person who owns it is probably perceived to be dangerous. Many owners are normal people doing "tribute" builds, but still, you never know.
Here, no one would think that, so I'm sure people would fuck with it.
That said, even in Japan, 90% of those oil coolers aren't attached to anything.
