VIP tint and detailing. my boys shop. its in chantilly though. but harry doest good detailing
Why are they so expensive? They quoted me over $200 to tint a Nissan Sentra! Mind you this is coming from someone who lived in MD majority of my life and I've never paid over $160 and that was for a Lincoln LS. The tint jobs were great, the film was good as far as I know but I dont keep cars long enough for bad film to have any negative effects. So why so much? I mean I'm probably gonna take my Accord there for the front two windows but just because I dont feel like goin all the way to MD.
^ I understand that but I've seen plenty of tint places that do good work but that still doesnt justify the $50 difference in what I've seen price wise. Hell when I bought my 2 dr 94 Civic a while back I had to get the purple tint stripped which seemed like it had been on there for 10 years the tint shop in MD had to keep my car for like half a day to strip it and then re tinted it for a total of $300. And that was using high quality tint and good workmanship. Maybe it's just a VA thing....
some cars are harder to tint than others.. it all varies on the car. some cars they will turn away cause they are just too hard to tint
I thought about that too but the Sentra's windows are pretty big and not oddly shaped however they do have to two little windows behind the rears. However my Lincoln was a bigger car, I'm sure you guys are familiar with the LS and it also had those two smaller windows and I like I said I paid $160. Then the Civic I would figure to be harder to tint than a Sentra but I've seen people's quotes lower for 2dr Civic's than the one they gave me for the Sentra. That's why I'm chalking it up to be a Va thing.
