Why would you when the RWD cars will be hooking just fine? It was a cold day when I got my best 60" ever at VMP for a rental. We had to wait til a little after 10 to start running though.

 

Mike, you should do what we did last time and limit one of the lanes to race tires only, so the guys on street tires don't ruin both lanes.

I'll be there to give all you guys hugs and kisses after each pass!

 

cool...that's good to hear...even tho my slicks are probably smaller than most RWD slicks (23x8x13)...do you remember how cold it was? in the 40's?

 

or just have them go around the water, im sure we're gonna have some people line up for some grudge runs that will both be on race tires

Race tires can run in either lane, but street tires should have to stay in one lane.

Ya, the Steelers game fell through, so I'm all yours Friday.
I'll have my video camera, so anybody that wants to make sure they get their run on tape, just yell at me before you go to the lanes.

 

Upper 40's low 50's, and it was very windy. There were some nice big tire cars there keeping the groove nice that day too!
