HIGHLY agree.. I dont trust them.. but then again I would rather have it up on stands then sitting on the cold garage floor.. but at the same time.. I dont like my car to be up on Stands or Lifts..

On the stands thing:

Everyone's gonna have an opinion, some want to save some money on something as basic as a stand and do so. They just want something to hold the bike securely. Securely to you, may be different than what it is to me. Are those stands pieces of shit? Probably not. Then there are some people who will spend a little extra for that little bit better piece of mind, what they see as better quality and perhaps a better investment.

Me? I've seen and used a friends Pitbulls and he's had them for about four years. They look the same now as they did then. Very nice pieces. I've also seen and used a friends ebay jammies. Did they work? Yes. Was I impressed with them? Not at all. The bike was way "wobbly" and I was a little nervous. They also looked kind of cheap, to be honest. When the time comes, I will be going with Pitbulls.

If you're happy with your stands and they are not Pitbulls, more power to you. Just know that my stands are better than yours.

 

anddd that's the whole argument.. I'm willing to say (and mean it, not just being spiteful) my $50 stand is just as good (craftsmanship, sturdiness, and longevity) as the stand you paid $110 for.

My tiff is you're calling it garbage because it's cheaper.. when I don't even feel its of any lesser quality; I just didn't get a Harbor Freight Sticker with mine..
