Rolled up next to a black rsx at the centreville richmond rd light in williamsburg. Was lowered had hids. Pretty sure it was a base model

just now Jade green color rsx dumped on gold mesh style wheels (LMs or reps?) At whatever road this is? Merrimac hwy? Whatever connects james city co and york co
