I'm pretty sure I've seen that photo before and all those keys belong to one guy. There's a similar photo here:

I actually have the magazine with that article in it, it's pretty old. That guy had my dream setup for awhile. When you have that many cars, how the fuck do you choose what to drive? I would be so torn between them all everyday.
