and honorable mention goes to a Celica with a ridiculous looking body kit (evo wanna be looking kit) all primer and chrome rims... I think my eyes started bleeding a little bit.

 

So Nagger your car is fixed and running now and I wasn't told about this???








I saw a black miata with hard top, fender flairs and what I assumed where sport max wheels (black with ~3" polished lip - it was moving so I'm not 100% sure) near Scott's Center in Portsmouth. It looked like it had a lip kit but I'm not 100% sure, I was kind of flabbergasted when I saw it.

Harlequin VW turning into Port Warwick maybe ~20 minutes ago.

 

Spotted modified black mustang and white Mitsu 3000 racing towards 264 on south independence last night around 930 pm. Mitsu went east towards the beach, Black mustang with skinny kid with glasses driving got on it (110 mph +)on the fwy and when I pulled up next to him he said he didn't want to race............I floored it...........at the next light I got him to admit he was scared as he kept telling me how he liked my car. What a bitch!
