he don't tattoo out of exon but every body that chills at exon got work from him!!!and if yall don't belive me go and see some of his work and will get some pics to show yall i got to get a dig camara

does anybody know chuck that drive a red eclipse with white and blue graphics well look at his leg that was free hand and i bet no other tattoo person can do a better job!!!!!

I take it you don't know too much about tattoo artist to make comments like those. Ever heard of Timothy Hoyer in Richmond?
People travel from all over and wait years to get tattooed by him. Where as the guy you know is recommended by " Everbody that chills at Exxon."
You still haven't told us his name or showed us some pics. Does this mystery person have a websight, or maybe pics taped on the cash register at Exxon?

this guy is located out in VA beach..i don't know if he actually inks around here, but the work in his gallery is pretty good. You could drop him an email...

get off his nutts.....he isnt saying that the guy works at the gas station....he is saying that the people he chills with there got there tats from that guy...and I am sure by free hand he means with out drawing it out first or something you pick off the wall
