Yeah hes a dick straight up, what is fucked up is how all the cops walk around with a chip on their shoulder thinking that they are better than everyone else and that they can push everyone around and take out their problems on other people... I like the police in general, what they do is great for the most part, but I dont like the ones that act like cunts

i too have driven 2 different cars for almost 3 years now with aftermarket fairly loud exhausts just got a ticket last weekend in lynchburg for it... seems like they are just now cracking down on them because im hearing alot more about it these days. i have an older GReddy that has "50 State Legal" stamped on it so i tried telling the cop and he said it didnt matter its not stock so i have to ticket you. such BS. why does it matter?

The "fifty state legal" claims that these manufacturers make only applies to "emissions" laws... they make no claim to it being legal under the code that VA police is using to ticket enthusiasts....

heres the thing im marrying into a cop family and i get tickets i go to the house and he laughs and says...they got nothing better to do...wish i was still in the lower ranks and they came in with tickets like that cause theyd be on traffic duty...I think its funny as shit hearing a 30 year police veteran saying that ...there are murders robberies and people killing kids with drugs...your worried about my low hum exhaust at 3k on a busy road....get alife and do your real jobs ....not rack up tickets so you can get paid time and a half in court lazy fuks.....they have nothing better to do guys thats all...i cant believe stealth writes tickets for things he prolly has on his car...whats up with that? i just dont get it and dont care either....in va beach its channel 6 called the learning channel.....thats what the cops use to find the right code when they dont know it...thats what takes so long they gotta call there friends while u wait....if you dont know the code why you pulling me over...its ridiculous.

Well i have been pulled for other things and cops tell me my exaust is illegal. But never give me a ticket for it..
First ticket i do get for it i'll put a stock exaust on there and slap an exaust cut out right on my downpipe.. Makes the car more of a sleeper anyway.

well me personally, i pull you over for something big, and if your a dick about it then i'll write you for everything i can write you for. but i don't like to write exhaust tickets because i have exhaust myself. but i will pull for it if you are driving through a high drug traffic area. i use dumb stuff like that to see who is in the car and to see if it leads to something bigger, like drugs, suspended license, warrants or other stuff. believe it or not i have gotten drugs and guns, and felons off the streets by doing traffic stops for dumb things....so just because you get pulled over for something stupid doesn't mean we aren't doing our jobs and we aren't looking for the big things, trust me we are. and you also have to keep in mind that trafic stops are a big part of our job also.
