I'm going to own an LSx FD at some point in my life . Hopefully as my next car.

edit: conversion costs around 8000, plus the cost of the donor, plus the cost of the new driveline.

I will be doing the same. I have first hand experience with the LS1 swaps and they are quite pricey. Parts add up quick.

A good quote I remember from an RX7 owner was in a thread similar to this one. He said that if you're not sure whether or not you want to buy one, go and throw a hundred dollar bill into the toilet and flush it. If it doesn't bother you, get an RX7.
