Progressive must hate you. I got a no front plate and exhaust ticket, went and paid for them, got the same two on the way back from court, turned around and went back and paid for them, and then a week later got the same two, paid for them, and my insurance just dropped like $40/month.

 

It has to be mounted on the front bumper...

 

thats why I'm scared to do any real exhaust work, it sounds like they'll get you if you have anything other than factory.....at least if you're in an import

 

just dont travel along 95 and your good. state cops seem to be the ones who care. county cops dont really bother you. atleast in hanover..

 

You are out of your goddamn mind. I've only been stopped by a state trooper once in all my life and that was because my Merkur was belching fire out of the open downpipe directly infront of him.

County cops give hell weekly, state doesnt give a fuck.

yeah every county is different. chesterfield usually wont pull you for just non-moving violations...but they will give you a ticket for it if they pull you for something else like speeding or running red light or whatever.
