More mis-information. Both RP and PBC have alignment racks. I can't speak to the rest of your customers. I can speak to what I witnessed first hand. A car that was at YOUR shop for an alignment had it's adjustment points loosen up during the FIRST session of a Time Trial event. Things could have gone MUCH WORSE for the driver than they did if he hadn't noticed something wrong. Even YOU stated in your post that you didn't realize how tight everything had to be on a Miata. This is due to one of two things: Lack of attention to detail, or lack of experience. Either way, maybe you need to play with street cars a little while longer before you offer "race" setups to your track day customers. Oh, and if you really think there is that much difference between a good tech using an old fashioned setup, and an inexperience tech using a blingy fancy laser machine, you're sadly mistaken.
