wonder why they call it a "Street Race Crash" when noone racing was involved...i guess to draw attention to it...

 

I almost went and wanted to head out there but the girlfriend didn't want to. thank god for that. Had a bunch of friends out there saying there was 100+ cars. The race that had just gone off was apparently for 5k n the crown vic came through where everyone jumped out with no lights on.

 

Why would the crown vic NOT have his lights on?

I like how everyone here is blaming the racers...the retard was drunk with no fucking lights on more people on this board drive drunk then street race and your 100 times more likely to kill someone doing that as this shows...but as always it will be blamed on the racers.

 

its up to 8 dead now..cnn says it was because of all the smoke from burnouts the 2 racing cars did before the drop....and the crwn vic went through the cloud of smoke hitting people

 

its still street racing related, it would have never happened if there wasnt tons of people there spectating the race.

 

im sorry dude, but your full of crap if your trying to say its NOT the street racers fault, if there wasnt tons of people standing in the road this would have never happened. this is 100% the street racers fault. yes, maybe the car should have stopped if he supposedly tried to drive throught the smoke, but still, if the cars hadnt been there street racing, didnt do burnouts, and wasnt people there this wouldnt have happened.

 

blah blah blah blah....the race was basically done and the dipshit hit people without his lights on regardless...if he had his lights on he wouldve seen the people and could have stopped.

He would have hit or killed someone else if it wasn't these people.

 

No matter what the guy if he was drunk he was at fault too. Are the people stupid? Yes. Does it relieve the driver of the car of any responsibility? Hell no.

I mean the guy didn't have his headlights on according to the article... Come on.

 

here is the deal, the race was over allready, there was no smoke left. there were just people still standing on the starting line.. "suposidly" the white car was allready runing from the cops for something hince why he didnt have any head lights on. and he was arested for dui when the cops got there...
