The only thing I can say is this...Stick to your guns and sit on it till it sells or keep droppin the price and loose money...personally I think it would be the greater good to just sit on it until someone gives you what YOU want. That says that the person getting it appreciates the work put in to it and is there by less likely to be some jackass that will wrap that hard work around a telephone pole. Just my .02.
