Bout time I updated...

Went home for spring break, took the engine apart heads seemed fine, no bad gaskets. TONS of gunk and sludge in the motor, previous owner never took care of it. Ended up pulling the entire motor out. see pics. I was pretty proud of myself. Sat around watching c-list, finally found another motor 66k on it. Bought it this past friday. It's sitting in the back of my van. Going back home for easter to drop of the motor. Having the heads sent to a machine shop to get them polished up. Plan on dropping the new motor in as soon as I graduate. Then it's lift time!

Will try to take pics of the new motor tom. some time and post them. Watching c-list again for a set of gt-40 heads..

:smilie_slapWhere is the best and cheapest place to order body lifts online. JCW? LMC? What else would I need that those kind of kits won't have. How do I extend my steering stuff or do I need to? SOrry for being a newb with this stuff!

looks good. i suggest going to badd boyz off route 1 in woodbridge va area. they are good and cheap.
