also in the package is a few extra harnesses to take care of relocating your ballast to where ever. I included some extra's for your 9005 bulbs so that you can take the ballast from the engine bay to hide them like in your bumper for a cleaner install look

Justin frank was shipped 2 HID kits, from me.

He got both kits and installed them. The 9005 kit worked well. The H7 kit I sent (piaa.com says his car takes a h7 for the fogs) did not fit. I asked him to check his bulb for the writing to see what bulb it was. It was a H11. I asked him to please send the H7 back to exchange. He refused. Said once he got the h11 he would sent the h7 back. I was very hesitant about sending ANOTHER kit out with out the original kit back in my hands. How ever. I did today. I overnighted his other fog light kit that he needed to correctly work in his car. Justin has agreed that he would send the other kit back in good working condition back to me once the other kit comes in (tomorrow before noon via usps) Im glad to be on good term's as it seems currently and hope it works out for the best. Its like going to best buy, buying a tv. Then wanting to exchange it but not taking the tv you brought home back to best buy for the exchange and expecting to leave best buy with a new tv and still having the other as well. Just didn't sit right with me. I was just stuck on the fact I didn't have the other kitand it wasn't back to me and all this shit that keeps coming up in my life. It was just alot of bs all at once and has taken me time to get back on my feet. Glad it seems to be working out now.


As for the other guy.


Justin, Got in contact with me about selling HID's and trying to make a few extra bucks in the side, I have a few people who do this for me so I didn't mind one bit. Everyone seem's to make out in the end. Everyone makes a few bucks and everyone is happy in the end. How ever. Justin ordered up another set of kits for another evo. I got everything together and even had the fog light kit here (same thing wrong size as justin's issue as we didn't know yet it was the wrong size) I then got ahold of my vendor and had to ship the H7 back to them so that I could get a h11 to make this guy's car complete. I sent him those and I guess when he did the install a ballast took a shit. I will be taken care of him. I will just need the broken one back for warranty.


Also for the record anyone who has had a issue with me has been taken care of asap. Other vendor's on this forum have had issue's with there customers to. Its all part of business. Only thing that matters is that the customer get's what they want in the end and is very well taken care of.

 

why didnt you call us back to let me know if you were coming back into town that night? We waited for you and drove over an hour to meet you with cash man.

 

I texted one of you that night to let them know I couldn't make it and explained the situation. I got a reply saying sorry hope everything works out and let me know if you can make it. I said I doubt I can, Ill be in winchester. You guys were willing to drive out that night it seemed even to winchester. I how ever did not have the kit with me so there was no point in meeting up. I am sorry I didnt back in touch with you guys until like 2 weeks later and by then it seemed to late. So sorry again.

Thanks because it took you about 3 months to send that order you dumb ass.

why would i send you shit until i see the right product afterwaiting that long....


then... you promised me you still would ship me the bulbs i had paid for 2 months earlier and you never did...
