Sorry I know this is a for sale thread but I can't help but ask how your Lincoln Locked Rear is and how it is for your tires? I have been considering doing it myself but the Jeep is a DD for me, so it might not be the smartest thing to do.

It has its ups and downs. It does help create alot more traction. But it also makes for a sticky situation on slipery side slopes. The tires in back do wear considerably quicker then the fronts, and they do try to twist the chassis when turning. So it tends to make it lean alot more then usual, and allow the leafs to move around alot. However I do still drive it everyday with no issue, but it does take awhile to get use to the new noises, and the difference in handling.
