I have 18x8 and 18x9 ( +38 offset all around 5x114.3) RPM wheels. Haven't seen the road yet. New condition, no rash and no wear.

The 18x8's now have brand new Federal SS 215/35/18 tires. Never been rolled on anything other than carpet. The 18x9 do not have tires. Wheels will come with the black center caps as shown and the original chrome RPM centercaps are included.

2 new tires and a set of new rims for $450 FIRM !!!!.

$550 for decent pair of wheels and tires is to much money for you? Get out of the car game.

And why the hell are you ignoring 17" wheels?
