first off I HATE VERTEX motor sports in tysons because of this fact.

2 people i know both had motors built by there builder and had all there work done through them and BOTH of them had there car's stolen and guess what... the cop who came out to the house to file the report knew about the shop and said something like they are checking that shop out because of parts/cars getting stolen all the time from that shop. So the fact they are not pro's and have no idea about certain things when it comes to cars like the other day we called them to see if they had a NX Shark nozzle in stock and they came back after 5 minutes and got back on the phone and asked us what it was? I think ill stay away from a shop that dosn't have any clue what a NX shark nozzle is. Vertex is a pretty just all show no go company. Do you ever see them at local events running in the qr or road racing? I sure as hell have not. I would want a shop that knows its products and motors insted of just selling them and having no idea how good the quality or how shitty the product is that they sell. vertex also dosen't have a dyno to tune cars or even a quality/clean shop. Im sorry but to me Vertex could be a WAY better shop then they are if they just got it cleaned up and learned a little more about the products they sell and also raced at local events to show how good of a shop they are insted of installing cheap body kits/lambo doors and HID conv's. now suck my dick and shut your mouth untill you have something real to say that shows how good of a shop Vertex is.

 

i was there the other day listining to the convo with vertex. the got 3 or 4 different people on the phone trying to figure out what a nitrous express nozzle was or if they had any. we basically had to spell it out for them N I T R O U S P A R T S... do......you......have......nitrous......parts..... ???? "duhhhhh, lemme ask...5 people later and 15 minutes worth of cell phone minutes we realize, no they dont have what we're lookin for, that or they dont know what it is... fuck that

 

so because ur friends got their cars stolen and some cop said they are looking into vertex makes u hate them...all the other stuff u said is just stuff that u dont like about them...what if i told u vertex worked on a skyline..then would u sweat their nuts? cause if thats the case they did and i know the guy..its people like you that give shops bad names..they didnt prove that vertex stole anything so why say anything..this is why vertex and nu image both have bad names cause people wanna run theirmouths

And who cares if they worked on a skyline... They also installed my Indiglo gauges on my Eclipse when i had it "who cares..." after that and there REALLY good install made me realizing how shitty of a shop they are. compared to Ultimate, Inline pro, ect ect Vertex SUX... i will admit this. Vertex does have a better shop then one closer to me but that dosen't say much cuz auto upgrade insn't far behind them.

Hey man back in 2001-2 gauges were the shit at the time yes now there rice but at the time they were the shizzy lol... And for the record they did install them but they dident lay them all the way flat and my oil pressure gauge dident read at all because the needle got stuck on the face. I took them out after a week because of that fact but just shows how good of installing they are. And the owner of the shop steve is the one who installed them. Im sure by now he can do that install correct but IMO i wouldent trust them for shit when it came to my car. besides it also takes them what like a month to put a intake on the car? lol.. No thanks there not very good at getting work done IMO if you like vertex man cool have ur car worked on by them... but I would not let them touch my car.

got some hot s13's for sure... for some one who dosn't do anything but rice out cars with there dryer hose cold air intakes sure has some nice s13's sitten out side his shop. But then again he took a picture of my eclipse and stuck it in his book and he never touched my car.

 

i dont even know where vertex is..i just think its stupid how people bad mouth shops just because of something so small...look at nu image..it went from being a good shop to a bad shop just cause people bad mouth it..i personally still like nu image..same with b and t..some dumb ass made some stupid comment and they tried to ruin b and t but their business is to good and everyone tha thas had work by them knows that..but in the end i just dont like people that bad mouth shops cause they are a business and they are just trying to pay the bills like everyone else
